Let’s be honest, it is not called the Silly Season for nothing! Christmas parties popping up left, right and centre makes this time of year a lot of fun for everyone. Yet, there can be a dark side to the Silly Season without communicating safety plans to the business.
Without raining on the Christmas parade… You can actually get in early using the power of eSS. Make sure your staff understand the expectations while getting a good dose of festive cheer from your HR team as the year wraps up.
If your company closes down over the Christmas break, remember that you must give at least 14 days’ notice before the shutdown period starts.
